flood

ar. soon will be flooded with stuff to do.

like i have so many things due (and overdue).

like the film fest list (badly overdue), then today just found out need to do softcopy of fyp report (which is like dunno how many MILLION pages), still need to burn one dvd for a particular person, as well as burn dvds of film for school archival purposes and to give one of my friends and his bro. then not to mention, another film fest just came up, whee that one sabo J to do ba. but damn sian lost the dvd img file. omfg where is it! D: sian it was like, 1.5years ago? hope can submit to SSC5 (link on my sidebar), sculli they dun accept cos too old? hmm iono. den maybe need to submit sog also? waw so many sai to do. as well as next week i forsee running to sch million times (machiam like diarrhea run to toilet like that. even i diarrhea i will just sit on the pot and not move lor. hahaha) to do film fest stuff, the encoding, the formats, the ZOMGWTFBBQshit. booooo. then still need to wait for grant money to come in. but luckily that's not my job. still got pending jobs i've applied for and awaiting replies. booboo. and i totally missed the deadline for the campus interviews la damn but the companies i not very interested hahaha. at most i go work for newspaper and write rubbish that i probably only half believe in? anyway tml i hope i can have lunch with pb AND complete my stuff AND watch taxidermia (R21) with mu. arrrr. and still come home and do filmfest stuff which i've STILL been putting off HAHAHA oops. aiya but lazy la. today heng the stupid machine never cock up on me so i managed to finish on time before the lab closed. and whee tml gonna try my luck collecting free zouk passes hohoho. anyone wanna go wib me? zoukies. but no drink lahs. boo. aiyah. sian banana. oh good news is that people have been talking about my film? maybe it's because my name is more memorable cos it's diFFerent? so funny that they credit me and not the director for the film? and word has gotta come from her to me about me? hilarious. mmm. think somehow attribute it to year1 when i was more outspoken and i actually voluntarily voiced my opinions in class. haha. after that became jaded. sad sad. so slid into oblivion and antisocialness. and i really hate doing double work. it's a fucking pet peeve. SIGH! hate it when people go MIA also. like call or sms or what also no fucking reply. as if dropped off the face of the earth? or like people go overseas also cannot fucking contact them and even if i do, there's nothing they can do to help me or send stuff to me (cos the only copy is with them! argh) cos they're not physically in reach? blah. irritated.

and i love to type in long long long-winded paragraphs because it's cathartic to just type one whole chunk and purposely avoid the enter key because i want people's eyes to suffer hehehe. and Across the Universe is great in a surprisingly random way! didn't expect it to be random. and it plays off like a large extended MTV with a plot. cool beans. love it that the lead sounds somewhat like kelly from stereophonics. nice high yet growly voice yet i dunno? but a very UK voice hehe. mmm. random awards i do present for random film. and the director is a female! woots. but really quite awesome. a lot of planning to secure the locations and stuff. a lot of design for props and set. (oh btw reminds me of the set design book i got at a ripoff deal price of $15! and it used to be $85, imagine that) and incorporation of music + singing + what the characters are doing + visuals + choreography + shot planning + SPEECH + storyline + story characters and their part in the movie as well as cohesiveness with the song lyrics + transforming the sung into the spoken which is the dialogue and the storyline. and the sequences where things get very random and i see overdose of aftereffects and many sleepless nights at photoshop, trying to get uncle sam superimposed and talking, or layering graphics with video and more video like a big big visual motion graphics sandwich. i could go on and on about the movie. although it is slow, no doubt. but it is amazing. transition from scene to scene, some within the scene is a bit disjointed cos of sudden location swapping but it's expected cos it becomes a sort of style, and mtv kinda thing. i expected a very zhen jing movie u noe. this is bordering on experimental. whee. and hmm. dunno why i always feel a bit connected to distance related stories. boo. well, duh.

anyway i gotta get to bed.
waking up at 7+am later to shower and then collect stuff, rush to scan, rush to sch, rush to burn dvds, rush to submit to library, rush to lunch, rush to dbg, rush to movie, then rush to eat dinner somewhere in between, then rush home to rush the film fest list submission and dunno what else. good news is, SATURDAY IS AROUND THE CORNER! maybe makan with vin and buddies, maybe shopping with wen, maybe outz with sis and mom, maybe thon again at mu's house to play game and do work. HOHOHO her dad is gonna throw me out of her house soon or gonna install an anti dith gate like those gates which either keep cats inside or outside D: otehnoes.

and dammit, i need to find an opportunity to wear my new green hua1hua1 top!
